Wayne and Pauleen Surplice formed W & P Pumps in 1986 as a small family enterprise. Since then, the company has expanded to employ 23 full-time workers in a large, well-equipped factory in Kyabram. W&P Pumps will deliver a wide variety of items at affordable pricing and complete after-sales support due to good distributor affiliations with several pump, machinery, and equipment firms.

- Install 8 Modernised Meter Outlets
- Construct 2Kms of Farm Channel
- Supply and Install 2 Stock and Domestic Solar Pumps
- Supply and Install 4Kms of Stock and Domestic Pipeline

Goulburn River Submersible Pump Installation
Principal Contractor: Self-Managed

- Underbore 100m of 800mm PN10 HDPE Pipe into the Goulburn River
- Slide 22Kw Submersible Pump down HDPE Sleeve utilising centralisers and custom made pump skid
- Construct Concrete cutoff wall
- Install GMW Water meter & Shed for Electronics
- Demolish old infrastructure on River Bank
