HDPE Fabrication Services
All HDPE fabrication is carried out in our Kyabram workshop and on-site by PMBWELD301B, PMBWELD302B, and PMBWELD309B certified poly welders using calibrated butt-welding, extrusion, and electrofusion equipment. Every weld is logged and pressure-tested for long-term structural integrity.
We custom-manufacture HDPE pumpwells (200mm to 2000mm diameter), floating pump pontoons for dairy effluent ponds and river suction screens, channel poly bay outlets and crossings, flanged spool pieces for AS4747 water meter installations, and custom manifold assemblies for turnkey pump stations.
