1. Introduction
By entering this competition, you (“entrant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To be eligible to receive the prize, entrants must comply with all outlined requirements.

This competition is run by WD & PR Surplice Family Trust trading as W&P Pumps, located at 68 McEwen Rd, Kyabram VIC 3620 (ABN 12 531 591 906). We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• Employees, directors, management, and immediate family members (spouse, child, parent, sibling) of the Promoter (W&P Pumps) are not eligible to enter.

• Limit of one entry per customer.

3. How to Enter
To enter, customers must make a single purchase exceeding $5,000 (excluding GST) between Sunday, 1 June 2025 and Monday, 30 June 2025.

4. The Prize
The prize is one 50KW BTU Diesel Heater (Model HEATD50), valued at $550.00.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative goods/services.

• The prize can be claimed by collecting it from 68 McEwen Road, Kyabram VIC 3620 or delivered free of charge to the winner’s nominated address.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 at 9:30 AM AEST at W&P Pumps, 68 McEwen Rd, Kyabram VIC 3620.

• The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second notification attempt, they forfeit the prize, and W&P Pumps reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

6. General Conditions

• W&P Pumps reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify entries if they do not comply with these terms.

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.

• By entering, the entrant consents to their name being published on W&P Pumps’ website and social media channels if they are the winner.

• Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with W&P Pumps’ Privacy Policy.
